Terms and Conditions: Professional Home Organizing Services
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of professional home organizing services ("Services") by Tranquil Design SolutionsLLC, a Tampa based business, to its clients ("Client" or "You"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Certain rights are reserved to adjust the Terms and Conditions periodically without prior notice. You acknowledge and consent that it is your responsibility to periodically review these T&C to stay informed of any alterations. Your continued use of this site following such changes will signify your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
Scope of Services
- Our Services include but are not limited to decluttering, organizing, decorating and optimizing residential spaces.
- We will work with you to understand your needs and preferences and tailor our Services accordingly.
- The specific tasks to be undertaken and the schedule of the Services will be agreed upon in advance between You and our team.
Fees and Payments
- A deposit of 50% is required at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. The balance is due upon completion. For packages, 100% payment is required at the time of scheduling. Payment terms will be detailed in our agreement and confirmed at the consultation.
- Our fees for Services will be provided to You upon request or during our initial consultation.
- While we strive for accuracy, please note that this agreement is intended as an estimate and does not guarantee specific timelines or fees for this project.
- Additional expenses incurred during the provision of Services, such as supplies or additional labor, will be communicated to You and must be reimbursed promptly.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours/days in advance so another valued client can fill that slot.
- Cancellations made without sufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- If you fail to contact Tranquil Design SolutionS LLC regarding cancellations or rescheduling, your session will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund or reimbursement.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule.
Assembly/Cleaning/Subcontractors
- Tranquil Design Solutions LLC is not responsible for general cleaning tasks, furniture assembly, or moving heavy furniture, etc. In the event that assistance is provided, we are not liable for any damage to the property or worksite.
- Tranquil Design Solutions LLC is not responsible for the work performed by or any damage caused by recommended subcontractors.
Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide our team with access to the spaces requiring organization at the scheduled times unless you're participating in virtual organization services.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of any health or safety hazards present in the spaces we will be working in and Tranquil Design Solutions reserves the right to refuse to work in an area we see as hazardous.
- You are accountable for deciding what happens to your belongings and for clearly communicating your preferences to our team. While we're here to provide guidance and suggestions, we value your input beforehand.
Confidentiality and Privacy
- We respect your privacy and will treat all information shared with us confidentially and strictly adhere to a professional organizers code of conduct.
- Any personal or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of Services will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Liability
- While we will take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the provision of Services.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the provision of Services, except in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Feedback and Dispute Resolution
- We welcome your feedback on our Services and will make every effort to address any concerns or issues promptly.
- In the event of a dispute, we will work with You in good faith to resolve the matter amicably.
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights in any materials or designs developed during the provision of Services will remain the property of Tranquil Design Solutions LLC.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials or designs solely for your personal use.
- Certain elements such as words, design, layout, graphics, photos, images, information, materials, documents, data, databases, and all other intellectual property available on or through this Website/Content are our sole property, protected under United States intellectual property laws. Any attempt to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our Content is strictly forbidden.
Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Florida.
By engaging our Services, You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Tranquil Design Solutions LLC regarding the provision of Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for any changes.
