Tranquil Designs eGift Card Terms and Conditions
Thank you for purchasing a Tranquil Designs eGift Card! Our gift cards are redeemable for in-person or virtual Home Organizing sessions. Please review the following terms and conditions:
- Denominations and Minimums:
- Gift cards can be purchased in any denomination.
- A minimum session duration of 3 hours is required for all Home Organizing services. For maintenance sessions, a 2-hour minimum applies. Amounts less than the minimum will be applied to the 3-hour minimum session.
- Discovery Call and Consultation Fee:
- We offer a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to discuss your needs and preferences.
- A consultation fee of $50 will be applied to the session balance once booked.
- Expiration and Refunds:
- Tranquil Designs eGift Cards do not expire.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Session Redemption:
- Gift cards will be applied to a mutually agreed-upon session based on availability.
